4. Pigments: Select titanium dioxide produced by DUPONT and a series of pigments produced by DEGUSSA.

two. 2.0mm self-leveling epoxy floor construction design

1. Features: High-gloss mirror effect after overall molding, dust-free, seamless, smooth, smooth, with excellent mechanical strength and good chemical resistance and water resistance, easy to clean, a variety of color appearance to choose from .

2. Construction process:

1) Base requirements:

The base surface should be flat and free of oil. The strength of the concrete should not be lower than C20. The new concrete must reach the curing period. The concrete on the first floor must be constructed with a waterproof layer and effective. The moisture content of the base surface is less than 6%.

2) Base treatment and primer application:

a. Remove all debris from the original floor plane;

b. For the actual situation of the base surface, use special base surface grinding equipment to thoroughly polish the base surface and maximize the base surface to increase the adhesion of the primer and the base surface. After the polishing, use a large-scale The industrial vacuum cleaner completely cleans the base surface. If there is oil on the base surface, it must be completely removed. The cavity crack must be repaired with epoxy resin mortar;

c. Before the primer is applied, the base surface must be dry, dust-free, crack-free, no cement floating, no pitting, no porosity;

d. Brush the special epoxy sealing primer of Shanghai Jiannai Company (Model: EC-30#), standard dosage: ~0.15kg/m2.

3) Construction of paint layer and putty layer in epoxy mortar:

After the primer is cured, the paint layer in the epoxy mortar is applied, Shanghai Jiannai epoxy paint (model: EF-600), dosage: 1.3kg/m2, and 7# quartz sand: 1.0kg/m2. After the lacquer layer in the epoxy mortar is solidified, it is slightly polished and vacuumed; the epoxy putty layer is applied, Shanghai Jiannai epoxy lacquer (model: EF-600), dosage: 0.15kg/m2, with quartz powder: 0.1kg /m2, after the epoxy putty layer is cured, it is lightly sanded.

4) Topcoat construction:

Check the epoxy mortar layer with or without residual pores, with or without protruding powder, fill the pores and sand in time, and finally apply the topcoat together. Shanghai Jiannai solvent-free epoxy self-flowing flat paint (Model: EF-500) , dosage: 0.7kg/m2, achieving high-gloss mirror effect.

The 2.0mm self-leveling epoxy floor has a life span of 10-12 years under normal use.

four. Precautions

1. Persons within 48 hours after the completion of construction shall be prohibited from entering and shall be put into use after at least 3 days of maintenance;

2. If the concrete on the first floor is not made of waterproof layer or waterproof layer, drumming may occur during use, which has nothing to do with the material properties of the company;

3. It is recommended to use a UV-free light source, otherwise it may cause the epoxy coating to turn yellow;

4. For light-colored topcoats, the hiding power should be considered. It is recommended to first scrape the topcoat and then apply the self-flowing flat paint.
