I. Main raw materials


1. Epoxy resin: Select bisphenol A liquid epoxy resin produced by NANYA.


2. Curing agent: Solvent-free high-performance epoxy curing agent produced by HUNSMAN and AIR PRODUCTS;


3. Additives: Select series of defoamers, leveling agents, wetting and dispersing agents and surface improvers produced by BYK and DEGO.


4. Conductive materials: High-performance conductive materials (conductive additives and conductive mica powder) produced by MEKER, Germany.

1. Features: dust-free, seamless, smooth, smooth after overall molding, with excellent long-term static conductivity (resistance 105-108Ω), excellent mechanical strength and good chemical resistance and water resistance, easy to clean and maintain .


2. Construction process:


1) Base requirements:


The base surface should be flat and free of oil. The strength of the concrete should not be lower than C20. The new concrete must reach the curing period. The concrete on the first floor must be constructed with a waterproof layer and effective. The moisture content of the base surface is less than 6%.


2) Base treatment and primer application:


a. Remove all debris from the original floor plane;


b. For the actual situation of the base surface, the base surface grinding equipment is used to thoroughly polish the base surface and maximize the base surface to increase the adhesion of the primer and the base surface. After the polishing, a large industrial vacuum cleaner is used. Thoroughly vacuum the base surface. If there is oil on the base surface, it must be completely removed. The cavity crack must be repaired with epoxy resin mortar.


c. The base surface before the construction primer must be dry, dust-free, crack-free, no cement floating pulp, no pitting, no porosity;


d. Brushed by Shanghai Jiannai Company special epoxy anti-static primer (Model: PC-11#), standard dosage: 0.15kg/m2.


e. Laying special conductive copper and platinum on the anti-static primer in the manner of 3×3M, and filling with conductive putty;


3) Anti-static mortar layer and putty layer construction:


After the anti-static primer is cured, the anti-static epoxy mortar layer is applied, and the special epoxy anti-static primer of Shanghai Jiannai Company (Model: PC-11#), dosage: 1.0kg/m2, with 8# quartz sand 0.4kg /m2, after the anti-static mortar layer is solidified, it is sanded and vacuumed. Construction of an anti-static putty, Shanghai Jian Nai company conductive epoxy primer (Model: PC-11#), dosage: 0.1kg / m2 with appropriate amount of quartz powder.


4) Topcoat construction:


Check the epoxy antistatic mortar layer with or without residual pores, and fill the pores in time. Finally, according to the design requirements, apply anti-static flat coating topcoat, Shanghai Jiannai anti-static epoxy flat coating (Model: EC-148 ), dosage: 0.15kg/m2, to achieve a smooth and smooth surface effect.
